I've been all over the stupid internet and can't seem to find the answer.
There's a 1993 Rangey I've been interested in, this would be a trail toy project. I'd like to be able to flat tow it to the trailheads without having to disconnect driveshafts every time and the weight of a RR and a trailer will exceed the tow rating of my LR3, or at least come close enough to exceeding it to be uncomfortable. Usually one would in a 4wd vehicle put the transfer case in neutral, transmission in park and away you go but I just can't seem to nail that info down. Can't even find an owners manual to download. Since these are equipped with a viscous coupled AWD TC I wanted to be sure.
So, if someone can confirm or deny I would be much obliged.
