Can you shift an Lr4 into neutral with the engine off?

Long story short, I need a water pump replacement. Had someone try to do it only to strip one of the bolts on the pump. Problem is they left the belt hanging off so I can't run the engine. Only thing I need to know is can I shift it to neutral to be towed without the engine on. There is power by the way. Battery is fine.

Since you have power, you can do it in accessory mode.

WITHOUT YOUR FOOT ON THE BRAKE PEDAL, hit the start button. This puts it into accessory mode.

Then, WITH YOUR FINGER OFF THE START BUTTON, push the brake pedal and shift it into neutral.

You can then hit the start button again (again, without your foot on the brake pedal), to turn everything back off.
