Chasing Restricted Performance Issue

I have had my LR4 sitting all summer, and haven't driven it at all. When starting it the other day it was running rough, and then the Restricted Performance message was displayed. Before any further troubleshooting I charged the battery to make sure it wasn't a low voltage issue before I started troubleshooting. Pulling the codes I had multiple misfires on multiple cylinders, misfire on startup code, and a code for coil on cylinder two. I felt that the Coil code was worthy to check so i swapped coil 2 with another cylinder to see if the issue would follow the coil. Cleared codes started the truck, idle was good, drove it a couple miles and got the Restricted Performance again. Pulling codes this time I had multiple misfires, misfire on startup, and no coil codes. There are no codes that lead me to anything specific, and the misfires are on all cylinders.

Can anyone give any insight on to what I can check?

I'd check the grounds, make sure they are tight/clean. Check wiring in case rodents decided they were tasty while the car sat.

ok. Give us ALL of the codes.
The ECM is having a hard time. I wonder what is the reason for that.

How old is the fuel in the tank? Could it be something simple like that? Ethanol starts to break down pretty quickly.
