Colorado Newbie with a couple questions

Greetings to you! Hope everyone is having good Memorial Day.

I'm a long time Land Rover owner starting back in the day with a 1990 Range Rover County, then a string of Discos: Series 1, Series 3, LR3 and now an LR4 HSE.

My LR4 needs a couple fixes and I'm wondering if any of you can help?

1) the drivers side seat belt retractor is not pulling it all the way back. So, I think replacing the spring is the way to go. Anyone of you done this and could point to R/R instructions and a source for a new spring.

2) the lighted switch on the center console cooler has gone out. Any help with where to buy this switch and the R/R instructions would be really helpful.
