Hi, was wondering if anyone could help me out.

I bought a D90 and have been using it here in the Philippines. The problem is my air-conditioner keeps breaking and so I keep brining it back into the dealer and they keep replacing it. Thing is I'm getting sick of it. I just went on a trip last weekend and my air-conditioning broke again!

Does anyone know why this is happening? Is this a regular problem for the D90?

If anyone could give me any feedback I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

What exactly do you mean by breaking? What are they saying is the issue?

No this is not normal, the same A/C unit is in the Disco and RR.

Sorry I didn't clarify. When it breaks, there is still a fan that goes off but the air gets hot. I don't know if it's about the freon. This is the 4th time I'm bringing it in to Land Rover to have them fix it. I'm afraid that even if I bring it in this time It'll still break on my next trip.

The people in Land Rover don't know what the problem is. They're just as surprised as I am -- which is very frustrating because you would think I could rely on them for something like this.

Sounds to me like it is just leaking. I would suggest a can of A/C stop leak. Not sure you you are running 134a or not, if so here in the States we can buy the A/C stop leak at any autoparts store or walmart. Just put it in per instructions and follow up by at least one can of 134a.

Or find a good A/C shop and forget the dealer.
