Ha! I think that’s included with the exhaust work! At least I sure hope so

A little update worth just over $10k. Took it to an independent exhaust shop. They don‘t believe it needs manifolds, but does need new catalytic converters. This for about $4200. Still a lot of money, but much better.

The dealership is just covering their a$$.
If you took it somewhere else - after you had the recall done- and they pointed all that stuff out. You would be raising hell at the dealership. No?

You do not have to approve anything you don't want.

Are you in California? Because this would be the only way I could see shelling out that kind of money for cats, especially in a day and age where cat theft is rampant.

If you’re not required to be CARB compliant, just get some high quality aftermarket cats for $500.

But wait. There’s more. I fixed this for $49. An emissions hose on top of the engine that runs from the intake back. CE light has been off for about 2k miles now.
