Freelander 2 tow bar fittings

Hi,

When fitting a tow bar onto a Freelander 2, please advise that the nuts and bolts would be in place as standard, underneath the vehicle ready for the tow bar to be fitted?

Or is it a case of buying a tow bar with nuts and bolts included?
