HELP 2017 RR window reset??

Bought a 2017 Range Rover last week and now thing windows have stopped working. Sunroof works fine but not of the window controls work on any of the doors. Is there a way to reset them?

I don't have an answer but I have the similar problem with a 2008 LR4. I can disconnect the negative (-) cable from the battery and push the rear button to open the back door window but the back door gate will not open. I if could get the gate to open I could I check out what may be the problem. Any info on how to get the rear gate open without damaging the exterior?
