I need to remove the plastic air dam in front of the radiator, right? Well, I’ve gotten all the screws and retainers off except the one on the driver’s side. I can’t fit my hand in there. I even tried removing the coolant bottle.

Any tips? Pics to show what I’m talking about.

Hmmm. not sure about screws. On my ARB Summit install, it calls for simply cutting that thing down to flush. Utility knife FTW.

Id sure like to see the project when you are done. I'm considering a hidden winch too.

Just cut the top flap for clearance. It's unnecessary to remove it, but if you're inclined to it looks like a phillips bit. You'll need to relocate the external temp sensor that's clipped on the air dam shroud.
