How to replace LR3 front driver's seat cover

Hello, all,

My 2006 LR3 front seat cover has become stiff and now has a tear at the seam. In addition, the heating element doesn't work.
Any suggestions on where to go with this, if I want to restore this to original condition?

Best to have an upholstery shop do it.
They have the steamers etc to ensure a nice snug fit.
