I need to replace the ignition key module. It was hanging up and not releasing the key. Now when the key comes out the ignition is still on. So, the battery is on. I have to disconnect the neg terminal in order not to run the battery down. I bought a used module with key. It won’t work.
QUESTION: Do I have to reprogram the module/docking station as well as the key? How can I do it? Is this only done at a shop?
