The MOST ring that the audio system uses as it's network bus is cutting out. The usual causes of this are not because of the fiber optic itself, but a component failing and shutting down the fiber system. First place to look is in the right rear of the vehicle, where the nav DVD drive is, water likes to get in there and mess with everything. The bluetooth ECU sits on top of the nav ECU, disconnect it's electrical connector, and see if there is corrosion in the connector.
If the video is exact, you're looking at one of the several components in the system, if it is cycling slower, every 43 seconds to be exact, then you need the system updated, as the security function has been tripped.
