Just curious. Has anyone done a "body" lift for their LR3 / LR4?

Subframe lift. Never seen one for the Disco3/4 and RRS, but the new Defender and L405s FFRR and RRS have them availableAnything is possible if enough money is thrown at it.
There were pictures of, I believe, a Range Rover Sport out of Nevada that had one done and was running something like 37" tires. Can't recall if it was on here or on ExpoPortal.
I like the idea. Raise the body and run whatever tire, and keep air suspension at normal height so you maximize articulation.
I know what you're talking about. I followed his build for a bit. He started off with 35s and then 37s. This is what he did... https://jaustonfab.com/range-rover-lift-kits/There were pictures of, I believe, a Range Rover Sport out of Nevada that had one done and was running something like 37" tires.
