RRS 2012 Super Charged. Was checking the spare and the cable has jammed so it only drops down halfway. Could get the tire off but couldnt figure out how to release the cable housing on the underside. The four mounting bolts don't come off and cant see any thing from the top.
Have cycled it up and down a couple times but I cant get it to release. I am the third owner and I have noticed the the cable has no lube, light grease or silicon. Is that normal.
Any suggestions?
