Is there a way to keep the radio on the LR4 without the engine being on for say a couple hours? It's a pretty unique use case, but I've been doing to a drive-in with my car and it tends to time out after 30 min or so, which is a bit annoying.
I can't imagine there's that much drain with just the stereo on so seems like the car may be a bit conservative when it comes to power consumption.

Any thoughts here?
Would second battery help?

The radio does consume a lot of power. Hence the auto shut down.

Best to get a portable boom box.
