Looking at 1998 D1

Hey all. I am looking at a 1998 D1 with the 4.0 and an automatic. 200k miles. Typical interior wear and paint fade. Minor rust in door jams. Tan pretty well when I drove it but: ABS light is on (undiagnosed) and rear shocks and possibly watts linkage is in need of replacement. Thoughts on value? Any and all information appreciated.

ABS is crap in the D1 and I removed the fuse from mine when I had it and the light bulb. With 200k unless it runs and drives very good I wouldn't spend more than $2000 on it and that is high.
