Hi - I have a 2008 HSE and have read numerous threads re the replacement of the fuel senders.

When I got the vehicle I replaced the senders, they lasted about 6 months. After ignoring the fuel gauge not working for a year, I decided to go ahead and replace the senders. Within weeks, the fuel gauge started to read erratically especially off-road or over large bumps or steep inclines.

Within 3 months, it now not working again. I cant believe that it is a sender issue - any advice re the wiring or other area's to trouble shoot?

Mine have been in over a year without issues. I assume you used Genuine LR parts. Attached is the section of the manual describing the components and operation, there is that big plug on top of the tank... maybe a connection? Since new sensors solved the problem the first time and after replacement maybe something loose or corroded?
