The front 12V Auxiliary Power Outlet (not the cigar lighter) in my 2011 LR4 HSE is not working. Thinking it was probably a blown fuse, I set about changing it. Still no luck. I get power to the cigar lighter, rear seat power outlet, and the outlet in the rear cargo space. I know the outlets only have power when the ignition is on.

So I checked 20 Amp fuses 53, 55, and 63 by pulling the fuse and testing it with a continuity tester. I even replaced fuse 55 with a brand new fuse, no luck. I'm pretty sure that fuse 55 is used for both the front console outlet and the rear seat outlet. I pulled fuse 55 and the rear outlet stopped working.

Any clues as to what may be the problem?
