Help!

I have tried to get the Lucky8 recommended D5 18” rims on my 2017 D5 with no luck. The rim hits the rear caliper and control arm.

We tried spacers. That didn’t work either.

I have seen that LR put various brake calipers on the D5. Thanks guys!?! Who is running a similar setup? What caliper do you have on your D5?

We have the lucky8 lift installed and sliders.

Winch and extreme air going on soon!

Thanks!

What engine? Td6?

What rims - the Compomotive 18"?

What month was your 2017 produced?

All of these things matter.

What was the conclusion with this query?

I have a 2017 LR5 HSE LUX and am working with Erik at Lucky8 to get a set of the Compomotive 18's. He says they fit the 2017 with no issues.

Hello Brian,
Did you end up getting Lucky8 wheels to work for you? I have a 2017 LR5 HSE TD6 and was hoping these wheels would work on my vehicle. My wheels are 21's.

Thx
Greg

I got them to work. I had to grind 1/16 off the peak of the rear caliper.

I've ordered a set of the Lucky8 Sliders. How hard was it to install them? One-day job? Thanks!
