Hi all ,i think i uploaded pictures of my 1986 110 2.5n/a .. if not ignore this...
I have spared no expense in fixing up this jeep .....ie custom made cubbybox made from the cheapest carpet i could find and only the finest of ply (pilfered off a site one day) also you might notice the recycled Freelander wheel carrier/ brake light .. and roof console made from that lovely cheapass carpet and stolen ply wood.

First let me start by saying i truly am Very sorry if i caused anyone offence ....

but in all fairness pretty much every 4x4 (especially Lany's) are a rip-off of Willys Jeep.
or maybe its just an Irish thing ,but Toyota ,Mitsub's, Lanys, etc are usually (in my area at least) all thrown into the stable of jeeps..... basically any utility vehicle... and if that explanation for using the word jeep does not satisfy you ,i have a skinny white **** you can kiss. :bootyshak ;-)
so in short , learn to live with it or pucker up..
Thanks for the comments lads, :hello:

Ha ha, jeep! Looks great btw. You can't ruin that thing no matter what you put into it, besides calling it a Jeep :)

Land Rover owes its existence to Jeep. Respect please. Great looking rig!

Only joking, but it's amazing how many ordinary members of the public call any 4x4's - Jeeps. This I can understand to a degree, given that the Willys Jeep did set the trend, but I still find strange is that owners of Land Rovers, Suzukis, etc. (in Ireland and elsewhere) call their vehicles "Jeeps".

For those who may not be aware, in England the official registration document for a vehicle is called a Log Book - pink slip in the States???

Anyway, the most bizarre example I have seen was a Defender 90 which the authorities named in a Log Book as a ... Land Rover Suzuki Jeep. :stupid:

The reason is (I assume) that it was a Land Rover built under licence by the Santana factory in Spain, who formerly built Suzuki SJ's under licence at the same factory. Again, the licensing authority simply referred to it as a "Jeep".

Thanks very much Shaggy,Boaz,& Tom McG , I found her slowely sinking into a dung pit beside a farmers shed .....about 3 years ago now ,i've spent very little money on her(bought a 1990 doner and got new shape seats..with head rests ..ooooh! ahhh! and power steering and all the wiring including the fuse box out of it,sold the roof rack and front doors ,which covered the price i payed for the doner, then i borrowed a friends MOD 110 that had a steering guard and ..well copied it (will post pic of another one i made for another friend.)So as i said not alot of money spent but plenty of time spent on her. It has been my 'every day vehicle' since , slow ..but boy is she reliable .
