Had a 2003 Discovery and missed it after a few years of being without so ended up buying a 2014 LR4 Lux - V6 3.0. I Had a pre-inspection and uncovered right lower control arm bushings bad and a couple of codes stored for gas cap. Anyway, I talked the dealer down to take care of the control arm and decided to do both lowers as maintenance items. 2 weeks later ended up doing the thermostat after it developed a leak. Then one day after that (this weekend) upon startup the engine threw a P0019, P0300, P0304, P0305, P0306 - and now it sounds like a diesel. Any way to determine is this is the crankshaft sensor for bank 2 or if this is likely a timing chain issue? have not made my first payment and already $1,400 out of pocket and hoping it's not 3-4K more.
