Im sure this has been beaten to death, so I apologize in advance.
Is the oil spec really that important? especially if the OCI is being done at 3-5k miles?
Reason I ask is that im using Liquimoly oil that DOES NOT list the proper spec (WSS-M2C925-A).
Am i doing any harm? Mind you this is on a high mileage (140k) car.
does anyone one know what makes this oil spec unique?
if it matters, these are the specs the oil im using meets:
