One corner won’t raise

My independent mechanic replaced both the upper rear control arms on my 2005 LR3. In the process he nicked the air line on the rear left side so he ordered a repair kit and replaced the damaged section of air line.

Subsequently, the truck raised back up on all corners but the rear RIGHT corner. Everything worked fine prior to the visit. Has anyone seen an isolated failure like this and solved it?

Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.
