So I have gotten the following codes posted on the tittle, got a quote from a local shop(2,400 for everything) they're telling me it is the direct injection fuel pump (high pressure) both of them sadly, I have a mechanic that'll do job for way less but he won't be available till next week. with that being said, I have to make a trip to Dallas this weekend and I have no other transportation the car runs fine a little power loss when taking off but when it gets up to speed it feels normal, it cranks quite a bit before turning on, would it be a bad idea to make the trip? really do not want to cancel, also if anybody here has any videos on how to change these things or any advice on how to I would really appreciate it. cheers
