I have a 2000 p38 holland & holland & the fobs were lost by the prior owner. I took the car in for a PA inspection & they locked the car doors with the manual key & when they unlocked the drivers door manually the engine became immobilized. They have tried everything, even towing it to the dealer. The dealer wants no part of it & LR no longer makes the fobs. Can I buy a used BECM with corresponding fobs & install in my p38 & if so any suggestions for a used parts supplier. I should mention that I purchased used fobs on ebay uk but they cannot be re programmed.

Give Nathan in my signature a call, I know he has swapped several BECM's, he should be able to answer your question.
