It's definitely your lower control arms. The torque specs are insanely high and 3x ugga duggas won't work. It's 275 Nm or 203 Ft-lbs (lb-ft). Get a big boy torque wrench.

well Id be interested to see how you made out; and Id like to hear the prior video I just dont see it (or hear it) but I'd be a little surprised if its control arms making a timed thunk; if the thunk jives with driveline rotational speed and/or rpm and it does NOT increase on hard left or right turning then its not a CV or very unlikely unless youve lost or shredded a spline which is pretty rare or you have a half shaft similarly situated where you have nubs for splines but those tend to get worse on load like uphill and turning and they are uncommon; I guess Id like to know how much off roading youve done. If a ton; then I might look inside the transfer case and front diff; but those rarely fail in this way; assume you are certain this isnt a strut moving around. Cvs are most common around 100k miles./but those you can feel with wheel up in air.

SORRY! just read ONLY IN GEAR; if thats true; its gotta be driveline; find a smooth downhill surface and choose neutral and roll it down hill; swing hard left to right to note increase in tone; then brake and note same; if you decide from this its driveline I can help you with specific diag for which component if you contact me. Also do same thing uphill but hold it in 1st, then 2nd and then third and see if rpms increase speed on thump; a driveline will also do this but imo usually above 150k miles.
