Range Rover Velar - Auto Modes

Hi - I have a 2018 RR Velar P380. Love the car. Two questions:

• I usually drive in Eco or Comfort mode, rarely in dynamic. I wasn't sure how frequently can i change in between the modes. Am i messing the care in the long run if i change the modes frequently (2- 3 times an hour ?)
• The fuel save mode in eco rarely turn-ons (mode where engine goes docile at a stop light). I dont understand when it is supposed to turn off or on

In regards to the auto stop engine feature, there are many variables that the car must consider before it will auto stop your engine at a stop light. So it's not a big deal if every now and then it doesn't shut off the engine at a stop light.
Having said that, my auto stop feature didn't work at all, so I brought it in to the dealership for a warranty repair.
