Hi! hoping to get som help here. I have a 2018 RR Velar with rear entertainment screens fixed in the front seat headrests. They automatically turn on when I start the car but will then never turn off until I shut the car off. The power button on the remote control or the rear media control in the front touch screen (dual pro duo) wont turn them off either. I took the car to my local LR service and they told me there was something wrong but they could not fix it.
Anyone familiar with this problem?
