The glass guys didn't want to do the used one? I could understand that but if the glass arrives with what you need to seal it the work would be DIY. There is a lot of glass up top so I kinda think more than windsheild prices.
If it holds up to hail that would be good. I'm traveling to Utah to overland and the mountains up there are fing wild. One aspect is the weather gets intense with monsoon rain, flash floods, hail and so far I've avoided wind. It doesn't make sense to be in the trees during those times. When I lived in Woodinville, WA and Redmond the back hard would have limbs sticking out of the ground like huge daggers after the storms passed, the power lines would be down every time. It was nuts.
