My drivers side seat belt tensioner seems to have given up the fight. I have to throw the buckle onto the seat as part of my exit from the vehicle so it doesn't get slammed by the door. I've pulled it all the way out and checked to see if the belt is folded over but it seems to be fine. It also seems to lock when pulled out rapidly. Any ideas on how to restore tension to the belt retraction?
