ok - this is an odd one: starting is not happening when the vehicle gets cold over night - once the sun warms it up it will start and run just fine.

Standing battery voltage after overnight: 11.97 - 12.00 volts (a tad weak maybe)?

All relays, related to starting, are good and new and click away as the circuit opens and closes.

I am worried that it might be a printed circuit issue in the 10AS security box (i.e., slight crack so that when cold - no connection but connection happens once warm)?

It could be something a lot simpler though - any and all ideas appreciated

When it is cold, will it start if you add and extra battery? i.e. jump start? Battery sounds weak.
