Tailgate problem exchanged the whole assembly still won’t work

Hi there
I’m new to this forum
I have problems with my tailgate all typical Syndroms as everybody has so I ordered the tailgate assembly from
Atlantis british (great guys very happy always so far )
After I changed it all and opened the tailgate from the inside pain in the ass
All done it will still not work
Could it be the switch in the back ? Or any electrical issue anybody else had the same problem ?
Maybe I can get some help that be amazing thanks so much
