Timing chain replace

Hi looking for some advice. I am changing out my timing chain and guides on a 2012 lr4 5.0. Any advice on where to get parts at a good price I see some on the internet from $250.00 to $1100.00 what have you used and where did you get it? Do you need to replace the vvt cam gears or ca mn they be cleaned out.

Try Land Rover of Tampa for OE/Genuine parts. They sell at a discount and have free shipping. I've had good success with them. Can't help with the other questions, sorry... haven't done this job yet.
