I actually have both the genuine LR failed ones and Genuine new ones not yet installed, let me see if I can take some pics of them side by side to confirm what these look like vs your eBay ones
Confirmed, I knew there was a redesign on both but didn't realize there was angle redesign as well.

scv6 and v8 are the same motor with the same internals, the scv6 just has 2 blanked cylinders. The timing chain tensioners, guides, and chains are all the same. The newer 2nd revision has a new design to change the geometry of the tensioners pushing on the guides to provide better leverage, but it still didn't fix the problem. Newer scv6 LR4s have updated versions, but are still susceptible to failure.
