My wife 08'RR tire sensor goes off randomly and Land Rover confirmed the controller is bad and that sensors in the wheels are all working. My question is can I replace the controller with a used one or can the GAP tool disable this feature? Now, I will need to order the GAP tool if it will disable the tire sensor.

I disabled my wife's 08 RR TPMS using the Gap tool for the same reason.
