I have a 2006 Starcraft 3608 Centennial (3,750 lbs fully loaded) that about to take on its first camping trip. If I am running the fridge off the trailers 12V battery while traveling to my destination will the LR3's alternator be able to maintain the trailers battery level ?

First this depends on if you have a live 12v power line in the plug going to the trailer.

Second is the battery connected to the live line.

Thirdly... don't shut the Rover off for more than 4 hours with this setup in place and still connected or you might need a jump start.

My understanding is the following:
Yes the LR3 is prewired for the 12v power going to the trailer if you use the LR Towing Harness
Yes the battery is connected to the live line
