Front diff vibrates at highway speeds
You can get a completely rebuilt front diff from Lucky8 for only $753.00. Installation should take about four hours if you are mechanically inclined. I would never pay $4K for a diff repair. I plan on changing both of mine myself. I can do both diffs for $2200.00 in a weekend. -

Rear Diff is being replaced by dealer
According to my LR dealer ( i have the same issue) the damage is already done. More driving is not going to change what they have to replace even if the diff locks up. So drive on! Hopefully you purchased an extended warranty.
