Transmission Fault 2006 LR3
The problem is presumablywith the transmission sensors/wires. My car had same problem and eventually wouldn't even shift into gear . Over the weekend my '07 LR3 would not get out of Park. The messages on the dash were "Transmission Fault Limited" & "Special Program Off" & "Suspension Fault" and instead of a D for drive an F was showing on the gears as well as the engine light being on. Problems With the LR3
Since my last post I've had numerous other problems with the vehicle, but all of them have been fixed under original warranty by my local LR dealership, includijng: New front and rear control arms new bushings (old ones were cracked) new front dashboard bottom part (old one was peeling)...- delcoquito

Shown below is a screenshot of the prices being offered for the 6 year (i.e. 2 additional years from om warranty) and 7 year (i.e. 3 years additional to om warranty) through Ziegler Ford.
