There is an ebay auction that details the part #'s and the modifications needed ... If you buy new rover parts the headlights are near $400 a piece ... plus you need to paint the filler pieces under the light so add $$$ for that ... -

the factory system has an outboard amp located under the seat ... I'd guess that you lost the amp causing no sound or the fuse feeding it power -
