OK. I took the plunge and went with the nittos on 265 50 20. They look great IMO. We tried to mount the BF's in 275 55 20 and they just got stuck in the frame. Not sure if its my wheel but they were not just rubbing. They got stuck really bad. Not safe at all. -

Yes please let us know. These are suppose to rub a lot (that is what I heard) if not using rods. I just came back from Disc Tire. Right now I have 255 55 20 street tires on my LR4 2014. We tried some street tires in the 285 50 20 and they stucked the back part of the tire to the frame, when in... -

These look awesome. So you experience no rubbing at all with the 285's? I don't really care much about the spare. Will keep the little oem tire/wheel (at least for now). Thanks Mario -

How is your new D5?
Hey Paul. The issue with the height was exactly my doubt. How lower it is when compared to the "sit in a tower" commanding position of the LR4? Do you really feel like driving a sedan or a Touareg (to be less dramatic)? How many inches less would you say? Thanks- Mario

Thanks for the great report. One question. When I am driving my 2014 LR4 I feel like driving a tank up from a "tower" seating position. Great visibility and command post.
