remove and replace ignition switch and cyclinder
Not sure if you pulled it off yet but use a small pair of vice grips, the bolts are threaded and will spin out. might get a little chewed up but i did it a few hours ago. The question i have is can i use the wiring from my rovers ignition on the lock cylinder out of my buddies rover mine is a 97...- mcleoddude

Parting out a 98 Disco 1

Im going to be removing my center console and re-grease my cdl linkage and clean out the rust that im sure is built up in the aluminum housing. Speed Sensor
Thanks i will check all that out, my brakes have been making a chattering for quite some time, cheaper brake pads with a little play in the caliper.- mcleoddude

Speed Sensor
I had the Anti Lock Light on for awhile and my local shop scanned it for me and said it was my wheel speed sensor. They said its possible it could just be dirty and a little water could have got passed the seal but most likely if it got dirty then its bad. I was asking cause im going to pull it...- mcleoddude

No power to rear wheels when not in diff lock?
Fellas right take some caution when driving without a front prop shaft. Had mine off for about a week and front end seems unstable (loose, light, etc.) almost if you are traveling speeds over 45mph. I hit a rut on the highway and scared the crap out of me thought i was gonna lose control.- mcleoddude
