Dragging this back up to see if anyone has found a solution. Apple CarPlay for 2011 LR4 HSE
Unique Auto UK ID-Core system. Install on RRS LHD - Review on RRS LHD - based on these and reported excellent customer support, I think this is the unit to go with. I am hoping the tear down in the LR4 isn’t as extensive as the RRS.- mmbirtcher

I find it strange these have shown up on BaT. And I saw it was HD but they do have an error in the listing: “Power is sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission, a single-speed transfer case, and an electronically locking center differential.” Probably never shifted...- mmbirtcher
