also checked no short to ground on any if the wires running from TCU to the Tranny and none grounding on the valve body.... could this just be a bumm Alternator ? as long as my multimeter was correct when i checked the batteries were low and i got a 14.05 while vehicle running.. should be around... -

Last thing I read says with vehicle still running after going through the gears with break pressed to fill it... Is that what u recomend mike ? Also how do I know what transmission I have that manual lists ZF4HP22 - 24 how would I know if I have the 22 or the 24. ? -

Hey mike. With vehicle level I filled till oil started pouring out of the full hole. I plugged it and started the vehicle with break applied ran through all gears on shift knob. Shut vehicle off and then opened fill plug to again add more oil till it once again poured from the fill hole. The... -

No key fob and this key is a pain in the **** wont turn unless u wiggle. Tumblers maybe worn or crapy copy. Are the fobs programable if I get a used one like I did with my passat? -

No service records unfortunately.. I live in Syracuse NY so like Buffalo We have ruff winters.. SO mostly this will be my Winter Ride Rather than my BMW 330i, my work commute is not very far so the Poor MPG don't bother me.. I also will use it to tow a small trailer/ 4 wheeler etc on occasion... -
