master cylinder is not priming
I replaced the master cylinder and topped off the fluid, used the shop manuals instructions to pump slowly 5 times wait 10 seconds and repeat till firm, well, just like she said; 'it ain't getting hard!' The pedal feels odd, about 3/4 the way down it kinda gives and goes to the floor. not firm... -

Atermarket radio antenna connection
My 98 Disco has the windscreen or side rear window antenna. I replaced the original pioneer with a Kenwood with the standard antenna connector. Which wire from the original harness of the Disco is the antenna signal and how do I connect it to the antenna connection of the Kenwood? I have the... -

radio head unit sub and main connections
Thanks for the response... When I connect the two wiring harness adapters that came with the Kenwood I get sound to all the speakers and I assume they are being powered by the Kenwood?....I wanted to know what the two connectors that look like RCA but are not, do. Do they just turn the sub... -

1998 disco 1 I'm replacing my dead pioneer head unit with a Kenwood...what do I do with the sub and main connections that used to go to the pioneer and what were they for if all the speaker connections are in the harness? Also, how do I connect the antenna from the Disco to the normal antenna... -

No power to rear wheels when not in diff lock?
Duh!...makes sense...I was under the impression that it was a limited slip thing from side to side both front a rear...I hope it's just the u joints making the vibration than...I will take it for a spin with the diff locked and see if it does the same thing. thanks -

I understand these things...I have the front drive shaft off because of a bad vibration...im in the process of changing the u joints. When I put it in drive there is no power to the rear wheels but I do have power to the front....when I lock the differencial I have power to rear as well. -

If I'm actually in Diff lock, meaning to the left hi or lo, I get power to both front and rear...when not in diff lock, to the right hi or lo, I get only power to the front wheels. What is wrong?
