Does anyone know what tool I need to change the towing mode setting on my RR? That dealer wants $320 for it... I would rather spend these money for the tool so I could use it in a future for diagnostic etc...- rostov

Trailer Hitch installation...
I got it from dealer - $1230 plus taxes. You can get it all for a couple hundred less on internet, but I was not able to find a matching part number for a hitch itself and didn't want to spend time for research... plus potencial warranty issues...- rostov

Cannot say for all year models, but, as far as I know, something like 13 through 17 are the same, and it is not standard. If you don’t see it - it is not there. And it is not like rr sport or lr where “main” receiver is there, and you just need to attach the external part of it after removing...- rostov

Just opened the part... yes, the bumper needs to go off, which is not a big deal... the question is if I can get by without removing the exhaust... the instructions are not clear if I need to remove it or just drop it a bit... I guess I won’t know until I try. :)- rostov

Do you know if brakes were replaced ones already? If yes at what mileage, and if rotors were replaced already. Dealers like to do unnecessary job like changing brakes at 12-15K, but in my opinion, if nothing reckless there, the rotors can serve 2 sets of pads with no problem. There is a min... -

Thanks for checking! I thought that metal tab is a part of a robber mount support that is places between frame and the body... but not so sure anymore, I will check tomorrow... Regarding the mystery bracket - it even has a part number, 14 11 60 RH. Would be interesting to know how did it get...
