I feel the same way mbw. Currently loving our 2012 LR4 Lux and the functional performance that it provides us off-road, towing our relatively heavy ~6500lb camper, and daily space to handle moving kids and dogs anywhere we want to go...all in a nice driving package that is extremely solid but...- stew77

I see what you are saying regarding weight...that's makes a lot of sense depending on the options sheet. I would note that the Land Rover North America site lists the weight of the gas version as 4835lbs and the diesel version at 4916lbs, so if those specs are true, we really are talking about...- stew77

I've got a somewhat mixed response to the new Discovery. I like the flexibility and ease of re-configuring the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Overall styling has me saying meh, but I can see where they are going with better aerodynamics, and I will reserve final judgement until I see one in the metal...- stew77

low coolant in 2015 LUX
Like several others, just had to replace the water pump on our 2012 LR4 LUX this week (47K miles). Vehicle showed low coolant minder and so I topped off coolant and monitored... It was definitely using coolant, and I also noted an irregular/intermittent sound coming from the engine compartment... -
