    Gas Leak!

So as I came out of the Costco where I'd been for about 20 minutes, I noticed the strong smell of gasoline around the rangie (95 County LWB). I look around back and there's a puddle of gas under the tank, about a pint, and a steady drip from the topside of the tank. This is the first time I've...

All Around Camera 2110 Range Rover

If it's a knowledgeable response you're looking for, you may safely ignore this one. :) I'd imagine that with enough leverage anything could be retrofitted, but at the cost you're better off finding one with cameras installed at the factory and then trading. I guess you'd be looking at new...

New to forum 2003 range rover problem please HELP

For you to lose power to both axles, and be able to roll around in park - I'm going to guess t-case or transmission. I think you'd have to lose both prop shafts at the same time if it were driveline. bummer, man. :(

Help identifying stuff on a 95 RRC

A couple of things I can't readily identify. Does anyone know what these things are (this is inside a 95 RRC LWB)? Missing1 and Missing2 show some kind of switch coming out of the dash to the left of the steering wheel. It seems to be wired a little funky... in missing2.jpg, the green wire...

    Morning radio is annoying...

So I got my 95 RRC back from the mechanic and I'm driving it as a dd. This thing is new to me, and it didn't come with a manual... and I have several RAVE cd's, but I don't have access to a windows box I can install them on (yet). So this may be a stupid question, but: how do I control the...

    New guy

Hiya, Donnie - I've been out with a couple of RRS's a couple of times. I recall them being surprisingly competent vehicles off-road. I've heard a lot of people say something to the equivalent that the RRS is the least capable (offroad) of the Rover 4x4's, but even if that's true, the least...

    Possibly New Owner - 06 LR3 SE V8

I may be being liberal with what I consider to be a problem... I have had the driver side a pillar trim pop off its clips, but that cost me all of $10 and 10 minutes to fix. I had an incident where the car lowered itself to the bumpstops and had to limp home in access mode, but that...

    Possibly New Owner - 06 LR3 SE V8

I've got 80k miles on my 06 LR3, and I've never had a problem with it. For maintenance, it's been one of the least expensive to own vehicles I've had. Then again, I'm only 30k out of warranty, and I speak from the relative comfort of having mechanical breakdown coverage through my insurance...

    Whistling sound

I'll second trm2 and ryan. My '06 whistles like crazy now that the l/h side a pillar trim blew off  looks like new clips and some double sided sticky foam will fix it right up. Hap

    Hello...

New to the forum, and I figured if I'm going to post, I should have an introduction... I have a 2006 LR3 (V6) that is 100% stock except for a set of bridgestone dueler AT tires, and I recently bought a 95 RRC LWB. I had an '05 freelander for a short time, until it was in an accident and...

    locked out

On the off chance that someone does a search of these archives for this: On my LR3, part of the door handle pops off to expose a regular mechanical lock that is fitted to the vehicle's key. This isn't a security feature so much as a cosmetic one, so I don't think there's much harm in...

95 Country Classic interior water leak..any ideas?

wtf??? I think that should be mentioned more often! I can't believe I missed that - it's like I own a whole different truck now... p.s. - sorry to resurrect an ancient dead thread. I'm making my way through the archives, and found this one just astonishing.
