Where I live there is a repair shop that specializes in British cars, LR and Jag specifically. They've been in business for over 30 years. They service vehicles without voiding the factory warranty, and charge labor rates much lower that my local LR dealer. -

Should I Change Vehicles?
If you decide on a CPO, consider the cost of repairs once your warranty, extended or otherwise, runs out, particularly with the LR4, since it's a redesign and longterm reliability still unknown. Luxury vehicles are expensive to repair. Find a good RR mechanic in your area for after-warranty...
