The USB stick can be used multiple times, it is the unlock code that authorizes it to work, When I worked at the dealer we only has 2 USB sticks for upgrading, (every time an update would come out we would get a new stick) and yes the code can only officially be generated by Nav tek/here to... -

Wow!!! What did I find? Help me figure this out.
It is a restrictor for the PCV system, It is designed to control air/oil vapor getting into the intake manifold, I don't know the side effects of leaving it out if any, I have seen a few vehicles with it missing..- rally3

From how it was explained to me by Land Rover when I worked at a dealer is that it works with the battery monitoring sensor (the little box with 1 wire on the negative battery post) to monitor and help extend battery life by charging the battery as needed... -

Same reliability as the 4.4, I worked at a LR dealer from 2001 to 2016 and never saw a 4.4 or 4.2 SC die of natural causes (all were either overheated or never had the oil changed....) The Sport and FF RR had more problems than the LR3 may have given it a bad rap ? -

Or just swap in a 4.2 Supercharged from a 06-09 RR Sport ?, same trans and engine mounting points, same generation engine management system, They did change the final drive ratios to make it feel quicker, similar HP to the 5.0. -

I have always removed reservoir from its mounting, sucked out as much fluid as I can, removed and capped the return line at the reservoir, then added and extension tube to the return hose to a catch container (and secured so it does not fall out and make a mess) then lift the front wheel off... -

Jump start short + puff of smoke = charging sys. fault
There is a small wire that runs from the positive terminal to the battery monitoring unit on the negative post, that wire is most likely burnt up, I thing it is a fuseable link type wire. -

The transmissions may not be a swappable due to bell housing and programming it is still a 6HP26 so has basically the same internals, uses the same pan/filter and fluid. So not quite a completely different transmission -

The Land Rover recommended service interval for the LR4 transmission is 150K miles or 10 years, on the LR3 it is 120K miles or 10 years. The LR3 ones says fluid and filter, But the LR4 only says fluid.... -

Brake problems again. Sticking calipers
The lubricant required on the rubber bushing on the slider pin needs to be silicone based, no type of grease should be used as that will cause swelling of the bushing and cause it to stick, this is what we use at the shop I work at... -

When fully raised the cracks are closed because they are not in the folded area, if you watch the bags when raising and lowering the suspension you will see how the bag change in length and rolls under it self, try the jumping test making sure you are at standard height. -

I second the Street guardian, Have had there SG9665 for a couple of years, The capacitor failed and the customer service was amazing ( it would corrupt the last file on shut down), had a new camera in 2 days. Video quality is very good, -

ABS SENSORS, O2 SENSOR, LR OEM TAIL LIGHTS, and BRAKE SWITCH REPLACED...still have the 3 amigos
Also check your brake fluid level, If low the ABS/traction control/stability control will not be happy, as it does not know how low and if it can perform its functions properly.
