Clicking/Ticking Noise at low RPMs

Aloha! & Vibration at Slow Speeds
Hey LR Forum! Just bought my first rover - 2000 DISCO II with 95k Picked it up from a dealer for $4k (good deal?) Anyways, I've been noticing this weird vibration at slower speeds, especially when my foot is not on the gas or when i'm slowing down. Sounds like a low frequency vibration...
